Flipglot is a Squarespace-focused bilingual translation and SEO optimization platform. It helps turn an existing English or French Squarespace website into a properly structured English + French site with localized pages, URLs, metadata, forms, internal links and technical SEO.
-
No. Your existing Squarespace website remains your website. Flipglot connects to it and creates the additional bilingual and SEO layer without requiring you to rebuild the site on another platform.
-
Yes. During setup, you select the language of your existing website. Flipglot then builds and optimizes the corresponding English or French version.
-
Yes. Flipglot does more than translate visible text. It can create localized URLs, SEO titles and descriptions, hreflang, canonical references, structured data, internal links and other language-specific signals that help search engines understand your bilingual website.
-
Flipglot is designed to scan eligible Squarespace pages and localize content including headings, paragraphs, navigation, buttons, forms, metadata, accessibility text, categories, tags and other supported website elements.
Your license determines the maximum number of pages that can be optimized.
-
Log back into Flipglot and click UPDATE WEBSITE. Flipglot checks your site for new, changed, renamed or removed pages and processes the updates without requiring you to start over.
-
One Flipglot license is valid for one verified website/domain only.
Licenses cannot be shared, copied or reused across multiple unrelated websites.
-
During setup, Flipglot provides a unique verification record for your website. Once domain ownership is confirmed, your license becomes associated with that verified site.
This prevents one purchase from being reused across multiple websites.
-
No. All Flipglot purchases are final and non-refundable.
Flipglot is a digital software/service product that begins provisioning infrastructure, account access and website-specific optimization resources after purchase. Please review the product, page limits and requirements before completing your order.

Unauthorized or improper chargebacks will be disputed with the payment provider using available transaction, account, access, license and service-delivery records.
Once a chargeback is received, the associated Flipglot license may be immediately suspended or invalidated, and Flipglot services connected to that license may stop functioning.
This prevents a customer from receiving the product or optimization service, reversing the payment, and continuing to use the licensed service.
-
No.
If a payment is reversed, the associated license can be made null in the Flipglot system and access to the related website optimization service can be disabled.
Associated account information, verified domains, IP information and available device or fraud-prevention identifiers may also be flagged for account security and fraud prevention, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
Future account creation or purchases associated with a confirmed abusive or fraudulent chargeback may be refused.
-
Flipglot will optimize pages up to the limit of your purchased license.
If additional pages are discovered, your dashboard will show them and provide an option to upgrade to a larger page allowance.
-

-
No. Flipglot is a hosted service. Customers receive access to the Flipglot dashboard and services associated with their licensed website, not Flipglot's underlying source code, API credentials, databases or infrastructure.
